CMG is willing to take this event as an opportunity to carry out extensive cooperation with Cambodian media, continue to deepen cultural exchanges between China and Cambodia, so as to contribute greater efforts to advance the steady and long-term development of the "iron-clad" friendship between China and Cambodia, build the Cambodia-China community with a shared future in the new era, and promote global peace, stability, prosperity and development, Shen highlighted.

Cambodia and China are close neighbors in Asia – both developing countries with a long history of friendship. For a long time, the two countries have supported each other and maintained close exchanges in politics, economy and culture, said Khim Vuthy.

He believes the broadcast of the selected seven films and TV series will offer Cambodian audiences a valuable opportunity to gain deeper insight into the development of contemporary China and to experience the unique charm of Chinese culture more intuitively.

Cambodia and China have achieved fruitful results in film and television cooperation, said Khvay Atitya, adding that Apsara TV will air these premium programs.

He added that these programs will present a real, three-dimensional, and comprehensive view of China from a rich perspective, and promote mutual understanding between the two peoples.
