In the fortieth Angouleme International Comics Festival, the Chinese cartoonists hit on the stage: not only famous cartoonists from Taiwan like A Tui Lin Min Xuan, Li Chongping but also cartoonists from Hong Kong like Xiao Lei and Xiao ke. Guangzhou Golden Dragon Award Organizing Committee firstly brought winner representatives, cartoonist A Geng and cartoonist, anime director Ye Zheng Hua to this festival. They had also been invited to attend festival opening ceremony and Discovery Award presentation ceremony.
