The 40^th Hong Kong Arts Festival took place in Hong Kong Cultural Center from January 31 till March 8. In this session, 170 performances of various styles were presented to local audience, among which 12 were global premieres and 10 were Asian premieres. Besides, seminar, docent, master class, workshop and the art event in joint cooperation with Rebuilding Administration provide opportunities for artists both at home and abroad to strengthen communications and interaction with local citizens. Gathering local and international art talents, this annual Hong Kong Arts Festival, not only showcases traditional and contemporary Chinese performing arts, but also involves abundant elements and characters from countries all over the world.
