A representative of the event organizers said the theme "Stars of the Times" highlights the growing role of ordinary people in cultural creation, particularly grassroots artists and enthusiasts from emerging creative communities.

"Their creativity and vibrant everyday lives come together like countless stars, forming the cultural galaxy of our era," the representative said.
The representative also said the second part of the theme, "Walking with Beauty", encourages people across society to participate in innovation and artistic creation, allowing the public to experience the beauty of culture through active engagement.
Organizers also announced several open calls for submissions across different artistic categories. The initiatives will include work collection, professional judging, live performances, industry forums and promotional activities.
The organizers said the program aims to leverage the organizational and professional strengths of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, foster exchanges between established artists and emerging creators, and promote the healthy development of new forms of popular literature and art.
