<p align="justify">　　本报讯（记者 杨阳）近日，张改琴艺术馆开馆暨“梦阳杯”全国书法大展在甘肃省庆阳市庆城县举办。</p>
<p align="justify">　　张改琴艺术馆位于庆城县新区陇东中学校园内，建筑面积约5903平方米。馆内设有地下书画储藏室，具备恒温除湿功能；一楼设有多功能报告厅，可供850人参加学术报告；二楼的4个展馆可以展出近200幅作品，馆内还有图书室、阅览室、书画创作室等。其建筑风格为典型的北方仿古式建筑，集恢宏大气与古朴典雅于一体，给庆城新区增添了一道亮丽的风景，成为庆城的一张文化名片。张改琴艺术馆的成立，填补了庆阳没有美术馆的空白。</p>
