<p> 《二十四节气诗书》 《情倾生态》研讨会同期举办，孙荪、赵世信、宋华平、周俊杰、张剑锋、谢安钧、王荣生等专家学者对赵学敏对书法事业的贡献、书法艺术及诗文创作给予了高度评价。河南省文联主席、河南省书协主席杨杰表示，赵学敏坚持“三贴近”的原则，以书法艺术服务社会；他继承传统，勇于创造，大力弘扬书法艺术，特别是对于右任书法流派的当代发展，作出了不懈努力与积极贡献。中国书协副主席宋华平认为，赵学敏为书法进课堂多年呼吁，为海峡两岸书法交流不辞劳苦，他倡导“人民书法”理念，以艺术积极融入中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟事业。</p>
