<p> 春到四月，如火如荼。在最美的四月天里，我和天津市文艺工作者一同对习近平总书记在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话精神做了深入的学习和讨论。这几天的学习是一次非常难得的机会，对我来说具有深刻的教育意义。</p>
<p> 研讨班中，中国文联党组成员、副主席郭运德和天津市文联党组书记、常务副主席万镜明对习近平总书记在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话内容作深度解读，为我们进行专题讲座并作学习辅导。对贯彻落实《中共中央关于繁荣发展社会主义文艺的意见》做出重要讲话，强调了我们文艺工作者要坚定文化自信，强化责任担当，把艺术理想融入党和人民事业之中的要求。</p>
<p> 学习中，我思绪万千、感知深刻，联想去年第十次文代会我现场聆听习近平总书记对文艺工作者的发表讲话时，总书记提到“文运同国运相牵，文脉同国脉相连” ，一字一句都蕴含了中华民族的伟大智慧。我从艺三十多年，又一次感受到党和国家强调把文艺工作放在与国家发展息息相关的重要位置上，增强了我们文艺工作者的职业信心，同时也赋予了我们深刻而艰巨的历史使命。</p>
<p> 此次研讨班还将学习培训与文化惠民活动相结合。培训期间开展交流活动与基层文艺爱好者互动，播撒艺术的种子。研讨班开班当晚，我与众多表演艺术家在汉沽大剧院参加天津市文艺志愿者“送欢乐，下基层”慰问演出，践行《讲话》精神把文化送到人民中去，也是进一步将《讲话》精神学习贯彻引向实践，学有所得、学以致用。</p>
<p> 几天的学习，对我触动最大的是观看“时代楷模——阎肃同志先进事迹报告会”录像。阎肃老师的一生，从苦难岁月到改革开放，从歌剧舞台到电视荧屏，他的每部作品无不贴近时代、贴近生活！他把一生都奉献给了党和人民，以一颗赤诚之心对党和人民不计付出、不求回报，却创造了传奇的一生！他用艰苦朴素、乐观积极的态度，为我们文艺工作者树立了榜样！</p>
<p> 看完这段纪录片，我的心情久久不能平静，心灵得到净化和启迪。“一片丹心向阳开” ，这正是阎肃老师真实的内心写照，这也是我一直追求的方向。我还记得阎肃老师曾经说过：“很多人都在追求传奇，其实脚踏实地把自己的工作做好，就是一部传奇！ ”朴实无华的话语却饱含深意，我理解这种“脚踏实地”式传奇，其实就是需要我们文艺工作者不忘初心、守住恒心、德艺双馨。</p>
<p> 由此映射到我们具体的工作中，近几年天津评剧院自觉担负起中国评剧发展的重任，逐渐形成了以天津为中心，辐射京津冀地区的评剧中心，成为中国评剧的一面旗帜。近年相继推出的《赵锦棠》和《红高粱》 ，都是以秉承和发扬中国人文精神，以不断创新的创作理念，遵循有筋骨、有道德、有温度的创作原则，在建立中国文化自信的道路上努力发掘出来的优秀作品。同时，我们坚持服务人民，我们的惠民演出遍及市内各个区县、农村，把文化活动深入到各个基层。</p>
<p> 不忘初心跟党走，脚踏实地跟随时代轨迹，唱响时代旋律，我想这就是这几天学习给我带来的最大收获和感触！</p>
