<p>　　本届青研班实行定向培养，共招收来自国家京剧院、北京京剧院、上海京剧院、天津京剧院、河南豫剧院、中国戏曲学院等25家重点院团（校）的54名学员。聘请了尚长荣、叶少兰、刘长瑜、于魁智、李胜素、李宏图等艺术家和王安奎、周育德、谭志湘、赵景勃等理论专家作为专业导师和理论导师。根据课程安排，本届青研班学员每年集中3个月在京学习，其他时间则回到所属院团、院校进行实践演出，确保中国戏曲学院同各院团、院校共同做好人才培养工作，青研班将于10月下旬进行第一阶段集中教学。</p>
