<p>　　本报讯（记者 高艳鸽） 由中华文化联谊会、中国国家话剧院、北京市海外文化交流中心联合主办，北京国话剧场、哲腾文化及台湾周凯剧场基金会承办的“2018台湾青年艺术人才驻地实习计划”日前在北京圆满结束。9月10日，以“京天·与你相剧”为主题的结业仪式在北京菊隐剧场举办。</p>
<p>　　“台湾青年艺术人才驻地实习计划”旨在搭建两岸文化交流平台，促进两岸文化繁荣，发掘艺术人才。该计划2017年举办首届，此后规模将不断扩大。今年的驻地实习计划，由来自台湾9所大学艺术专业的20名在校生参与，他们在北京的实习单位包括国有院团、民营戏剧制作机构、戏剧营销宣发公司等。结业仪式上，学生们分享了在北京为期四周的工作、生活和实习收获，他们均表示，这是一个很好的了解大陆生活方式和演出市场的机会，尤其是参与到剧目的排练、宣传等环节，加深了对大陆演出市场的认识和了解。</p></div>
