<p>　　本报讯 由北京保利剧院管理有限公司、央华戏剧、新京报社、北京市东城区文化和旅游局共同主办，北师大艺术与传媒学院、北师大中国优秀传统话剧艺术传承基地、朗昆文化联合主办的青年戏剧创作人才孵化工程10月29日正式推出。该工程汇集专业力量，为中国未来的文化戏剧行业、文化戏剧市场发掘人才、注入新能量。该工程由万方作为文学顾问，郭文鹏为总制作人。</p>
<p>　　青年戏剧创作人才孵化工程将以主题创作的方式发掘和培育面向未来的中国青年戏剧编导创作人才，在制作、推广和舞台呈现上实现对青年戏剧创作人才作品的孵化。据悉，今年年底将在北京举行的“世界好戏·中国观众论道周”闭幕活动中公布征集来的获选作品，并从中孵化成3个60至90分钟的舞台剧作品，计划于2020年制作并将于保利院线举行全国巡演。</p>
