<p> 此次“送欢乐下基层”活动中，摄影家们在为期6天的时间里，行程近两千公里，走进文山壮族苗族自治州的丘北、广南2个县、 6个壮族苗族村寨，为当地群众现场免费拍摄打印数百幅全家福，并深入乡镇基层采风，用相机发掘记录当地自然风光和浓郁的民族风情。此外，还对基层摄影家协会会员进行培训。培训期间，云南省摄协副主席徐晋燕、贵州省著名摄影家李贵云、北京摄影函授学院副教授郑新强等摄影家分别以《用图片讲好云南故事》 《怎样拍好风光照片》 《摄影作品的后期制作》为题，在丘北县为来自文山壮族苗族自治州八市县的摄影家协会会员和摄影爱好者讲授精彩的摄影艺术课程。</p>
