<p> 近日，发生在四川德阳的铜钱雕像倒塌砸死一名10岁男孩事件，应当说是对公共设施安全管理的又一次拷问。近年来，伴随经济社会发展，广场雕塑、巨型广告牌可谓遍地开花，但相应的安全管理却没能很好地跟上。在一些地方，类似雕像等公共设施，有人建，无人管。产权不明晰，管理无单位，责任不落实，使得公共设施长期得不到保养维护，像一个“隐形杀手”随时都会危及公众生命安全。</p>
