<p>　　本报讯（记者　郑荣健）　7月31日，国家版权局到中国文联就《著作权法》修改草案第二稿征求意见。国家版权局法规司司长王自强、中国文联权益保护部主任刘晓霞以及国家版权局有关部室、中国文联所属各全国文艺家协会分管和负责维权工作的同志参加座谈。</p>
<p>　　2012年3月31日，国家版权局公布《著作权法》修改草案第一稿， 7月6日又公布了第二稿。据悉，两稿修改草案先后征集了近1600条和160多条意见和建议。座谈会上，大家对新的修改草案中的作品定义及范畴、追续权制度、合作作品等条款，特别是对追续权制度所涉及的个体维权和保护产业行业发展等问题进行了深入的交流。与会者纷纷表示， 《著作权法》修订是我国文艺法制建设领域的大事，充分体现了我国的基本国情、立法理论和国际发展潮流，此次征求意见对于完善立法和推动文艺维权有着重要的意义。</p>
