<p align="left"> 现任澳门综艺摄影会理事长、澳门西藏文化促进会理事长、澳门茶文化协会副监事长。2013 年出版《早安——拉萨女孩儿》摄影诗集，2014 年出版《守望——拉萨女孩儿》摄影诗集。多幅作品被制成艺术品广为流传，如北京人民大会堂澳门厅内悬挂的壁毯“澳门之夜”、澳门邮政局发行的“中国内地景观”系列邮品小型张主图等。卢锦盈与西藏情谊深厚，十多年间曾赴藏21次。</p>
