<p>　　本报讯　为深入学习贯彻习近平文化思想和习近平总书记关于大力推进西部陆海新通道建设的重要指示精神，7月5日，第二届西部陆海新通道文联工作联席会议在云南文学艺术馆开幕。会议以“谱写新篇章、赋能新通道”为主题，来自内蒙古、广西、海南、重庆、四川、贵州、西藏等15个省区市的100余位文艺家齐聚昆明，共话新通道沿线文联工作高质量发展路径。</p>
<p>　　会议由中国文联国内联络部指导，云南省文联主办，西部陆海新通道沿线各省区市文联协办，中国水利水电第十四工程局有限公司、昆明市文联、文山州委宣传部及州文联、迪庆州委宣传部及州文联、云南省作协、云南省美协、云南省书协、云南文学艺术馆联合承办。会议旨在积极服务和融入西部陆海新通道建设，助力推动形成“陆海内外联动、东西双向互济”的大开放格局，紧紧围绕加强西部陆海新通道沿线文联沟通协作，广泛交流探讨引导文艺创作生产、开展重大文艺活动、推动文化交流合作、加强文艺人才培养、团结引领“文艺两新”人才、推进职业道德和行风建设、创新社会组织党建等工作，着力构建“各美其美、美美与共”的工作格局，聚力打造区域性文联工作高地，助力西部陆海新通道及“一带一路”建设，为服务和融入中国式现代化西部实践作出新贡献。</p>
<p>　　中国文联国内联络部副主任、一级巡视员苗宏，中国作协创联部副主任包宏烈，云南省文联党组书记、主席孙炯，云南省文联副主席、秘书长晏中，中国水利水电第十四局有限公司党委副书记崔志强等有关单位负责人出席会议。开幕式由云南省文联党组成员、副主席缪开和主持。</p>
<p>　　会上，宁夏文联、青海省文联、广西文联、甘肃省文联、四川省文联、湖南省怀化市文联进行交流发言。大家一致表示，将以此次联席会议为重要契机，进一步凝聚思想共识、深化交流合作、汇聚强大合力，为新时代新征程推进西部陆海新通道建设贡献文艺新力量、展现文联新作为。</p>
<p>　　会议举行了下一届轮值主席单位会旗交接仪式，由内蒙古文联担任第三届西部陆海新通道文联工作联席会议轮值主席单位。</p>
<p>　　同期，作为本次联席会议的系列活动，“彩云之约”第二届西部陆海新通道美术书法作品展在昆明开展，第二届西部陆海新通道文学、美术、书法创作分享交流座谈会在昆明举行。与会人员还赴文山州、迪庆州开展了文艺创作采风交流活动。</p>
