<p>　　启动仪式上，中国剧协分党组书记、驻会副主席陈涌泉致辞并为讲师团团长颁发聘书，其他26位讲师团导师同时获颁聘书。中国剧协副主席、国家京剧院院长王勇受聘为讲师团团长。</p>
<p>　　随后，陈涌泉讲授“戏剧文学讲师团”第一课《当代戏剧创作需要注意的几个问题》，围绕著作权保护、剧本的文学性、保护剧种多样性、戏剧制作、唱腔设计等方面与大家交流探讨当代戏剧创作问题。</p>
<p>　　“我们的山河故事”——曹禺奖获奖者宁夏行是系列活动首站，亦是“戏剧文学讲师团”成立后的第一次活动。其间，将聚焦戏剧创作、戏剧美学、文艺院团建设等开设五门课程，力求从多角度切入戏剧创作问题，为宁夏戏剧工作者提供创作滋养。讲师团导师还将走访宁夏多处自然、人文要地，开展采风、考察、调研、观摩、创作交流等活动。</p></div>
