<p>　　本次培训班在培训课程设计、学员遴选和教师聘请等方面作了精心谋划，特邀新版《全国琵琶演奏考级作品集（第二套）》教材主编及编委吴玉霞、杨靖、陈音、刘刚、董楠、张强6位专家对新版教材进行讲解，帮助学员开拓视野，建立科学的教学和演奏方法，提升教学能力。培训班采取线上、线下相结合的方式进行，其中，政治理论课以线上教学为主，从中央党校、国家行政学院的课程中精选25门课程供学员学习。</p>
<p>　　本期培训班既是各位学员的一次思想淬炼，也是中国音协深入贯彻党的二十大精神，切实落实好“做人的工作”这一中心任务的重要举措，对于进一步团结动员青年音乐人才深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，更加自觉、主动地推动新时代音乐事业繁荣发展具有重要意义。</p></div>
