<p>　　本报长沙讯（记者　金涛　实习记者　冉丹）　2月8日，湖南省文联第十届委员会第四次全体会议在长沙召开。大会通过投票选举，夏义生当选为湖南省文联主席。</p>
<p>　　会上宣读了《关于表彰第二届湖南省文学艺术奖的决定》，对《大地颂歌》等98件获得第二届湖南省文学艺术奖优秀作品特别奖和优秀作品奖的作品，王超尘等4名获得终身成就奖和皮翠娥等6名获得优秀文艺家奖的个人予以表彰，并举行颁奖仪式。</p>
<p>　　湖南省委常委、宣传部部长杨浩东出席并为第二届湖南省文学艺术奖颁奖。湖南省委宣传部分管日常工作的副部长卿立新，湖南省委宣传部副部长、一级巡视员肖凌之，湖南省文联党组书记、主席夏义生，湖南省人社厅党组成员、副厅长焦华芳，湖南省文联党组成员、副主席、秘书长邓清柯，湖南省文联党组成员、副主席张纯，湖南省作协党组书记胡革平出席会议。肖凌之讲话，夏义生作工作报告，邓清柯主持会议。</p>
<p>　　会议传达了湖南省宣传部长会议和中国文联第十一届三次全委会会议精神；宣读了《关于增补、更替湖南省文联第十届委员会委员的决议》，增补蔡建和、徐俐嫔、谭长德、廖洪立、肖百容、彭勇、刘运仕、周建明、张湘汉、蔡胜猛、刘丹、江月卫、杨九有为湖南省文联第十届委员会委员；表彰了2022年度湖南省文联系统先进单位、先进个人；宣读了《关于创建首批湖南省“文艺两新”集聚区实践基地的决定》。</p>
