In 1922, Qi Baishi's works were sent to Japan to participate in the "China-Japan Joint Painting Exhibition", earning his reputation since then. After nearly a century, a large-scale exhibition of Qi Baishi art was held again on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the "China-Japan Peace and Friendship Treaty", hoping to take this opportunity to further promote the mutual understanding of each other's cultures. This exhibition is also part of the tour of the "2018 National Art Museum Collection Exhibition Season of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism".
