YE Xinhao
Born in Guangzhou, 1957, YE Xinhao, learning painting since his childhood, once studied sketch from CHEN Yinghen and LIU Renyi, and China’s flowers-and-birds painting from CAI Jingxiang and GUAN Haoquan. Most keen on painting, he showed much favor in painting flowers and plants at parks in Guangzhou, and started to undertake the craft painting for over a decade when he was employed as art designer of a refined furniture factory since his immigration to Macao. He is currently the member of Macao Art Association, member of Haojiang Publisher, Secretary-general of Macao Ink Art Society and Director-general of SHANGXIN Hall (Macao).

YE Xinhao’s Art Exhibition of Flower, Birds & Landscape, a promotion plan of Macao artists, hosted by Macao Foundation, has been held at exhibition hall of Macao Foundation from 29, September to 11, October, displaying 65 artworks of this Macao’s local artist and first official release of Album of YE Xinhao’s Painting of Flower, Birds & Landscape.
SHAO Bin, Assistant Vice Minister of Department of Publicity and Culture of Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Macao SAR, QU Rongzhi, Administrative member of Macao Foundation, LU Bo, President of Macao Daily,, CHEN Jichun, Curator of Macao Museum of Art, LI Ying, President of Macao Art Association, XIAO Chunyuan, President of Macao Calligraphy and Seal Engraving Association, LU Xi, Director-general of Macao Cultural Development Promotion Association, LIU Fuye, President of SHANGXIN Hall (Macao) Calligraphy & Painting Assocation and the exhibitor YE Xinhao have attended the opening ceremony.
The landscape artworks in the exhibition record the author’s travel history in recent years, while flowers-and-birds painting of traditional Chinese realistic painting focus on some flowers rarely drawn people’s attention. Inspired by the nature, YE Xinhao, striving to improve his creative capability, has drawn a number of viable artworks.
