Among delegates of the 9th National Congress of CFLAC, the compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan as well as overseas Chinese constitute a special group. Some of them are special delegates, and others are special guests. Their artistic achievements involve literature, film and TV, theatre, music, dance, Quyi, visual arts, folk literature, photography, calligraphy and acrobatics.
