From September 16th to 26th, Chinese Musicians Association sent the delegation to Montevideo, Capital of Uruguay to attend the 66th Session of International Youth Music Alliance, which is the largest youth NGO in the world with its activities concerning the various forms of music and provides opportunities of transnational exchange at the international level.
